• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled after 24 hours.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.

• We use trusted courier services like Delhivery for shipping.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and public holidays.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Due to hygiene and nature of the product, we do not offer returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

• If your item is defective or wrong, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.

• We reserve the right to approve or deny exchange requests.

• In extremely exceptional cases of product damage, we may consider your request for return or exchange, but we require substantial proof in the form of an unboxing video of the parcel.

• Remember, this video must reach us within a strict 2-day window from the date of delivery.​

• It is crucial to understand that we do not entertain returns or exchanges based on size issues. Our size chart is meticulously accurate, and we stand by it.

• Should you still insist on exchanging the product due to size concerns, kindly verify the availability of the desired size in our inventory before proceeding to inform us about the same.

• In such cases, please note that all expenses associated with the return and replacement, including shipping costs, will be borne entirely by the customer.

6. Customizations and Preorders

• Preordered items may take longer to ship and are clearly mentioned on the product page.

• Customization requests (e.g., sleeve length, hijab matching) are subject to approval and additional charges.

• You may create an account for faster checkout, but it's optional.
